BUILDING YOUR OWN FIRST-AID KIT

The more you learn, the more you are aware, the more likely you will be able to save a life when an emergency arises. We’ll cover aspects of creating your own first-aid kit to meet your unique needs. The vast majority of the items that you’d find in the back of a typical ambulance or medic bag are things that nonprofessionals can find online with just a few clicks, in our retail shop, or even purchase at your local drugstore. To help you to prioritize your own purchases, we will go over what type of gear might be included in emergency first aid kits of three different sizes to fit three different needs, or, three different “missions.” Finishing with a few suggestions on where you can go from here.
